What Is Orange Wine?

Orange wine is white wine made the red wine way: white grapes fermented on their skins, building color, texture, and depth you'd never find in a conventional white. Perfect Day is a great entry point into the style.

• Blond by Nature: Hazy and aromatic, blending Muskat Ottonel, Gruner Veltliner, and three more varieties aged in amphora and barrique. Primary Flavors: Peach, apricot, pineapple, citrus zest
• Rose Dogma: Blaufrankisch and St. Laurent with six hours of skin contact and 18 months on the lees. Primary Flavors: Strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb, mineral
• Perfect Day: An orange wine from five aromatic varieties, each fermented separately with varying skin contact. Primary Flavors: Elderflower, citrus, dried apricot, yeasty mineral
