Winemaking & Aging: White blend fermented with light skin contact using native yeasts. Natural, low-intervention winemaking in the Pittnauer biodynamic tradition. Designed for freshness and immediate pleasure.

Tasting Note: Tropical from the first sniff: ripe mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest. On the palate it’s juicy and light, with just enough texture to keep things interesting. Happy acidity, a touch of orange skin, and a clean, dancing finish that makes you reach for another pour immediately.
