Appearance: Pale golden with fine, persistent bubbles; clear and luminous

Winemaking & Aging: Traditional method (méthode champenoise) with zero dosage sugar instead, the dosage is infused with vermouth, adding a unique herbal and bitter character. Made from 100% St. Laurent, aged on lees for depth and complexity.
