Appearance: Translucent ruby with a delicate, garnet-tinged rim, pale and graceful in the glass

Winemaking & Aging: Village-level St. Laurent farmed biodynamically. Gentle extraction preserves the grape’s natural elegance. Aged to develop silky texture and aromatic complexity without overwhelming the wine’s inherent delicacy.

Fun Fact: St. Laurent is one of Austria’s most distinctive native grapes rarely found outside the country.
