About the Producer Roger Manceaux has been making Champagne in Rilly-la-Montagne since 1947, working with Grand Cru fruit from Mailly-Champagne, one of the most prized villages on the Montagne de Reims. A family house built on conviction: that great Pinot Noir, grown in great terroir, needs nothing else.

Winemaking The cuvee is crafted from 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir sourced exclusively from the classified slopes of Mailly-Champagne. Vinification is focused on preserving the full expression of the grape - its richness, its structure, and its remarkable aromatic depth.

A note on sweetness Brut: Less than 12 g/l. The gold standard - crisp, dry, and highly versatile with food.

Tasting Note Deep golden yellow with warm golden reflections in the glass. The nose opens on brioche, mirabelle plum and nutmeg, then reveals layers of white pepper and forest floor with air. The palate is broad and harmonious, beautifully balanced between freshness and aromatic richness, with biscuit and kirsch cherry mid-palate and a lively finish of lemon zest.
